FAQ

Most-asked questions before you inquire.

The five questions planners ask before sending an inquiry. Honest answers, no fine print — and the rough shape of the room is all we need to come back with a written quote.

  1. What does it cost?

Rates vary by tier — the rough shape you send in the inquiry form is what we match against. A typical headline corporate event lands around $25k all-in; private celebrations start around $8k. We come back with a written quote after we have read the form, normally within two business days.

  2. How big a crowd?

A quiet seated room for 30 to 150 is the sweet spot. Each artist needs a microphone; the venue provides the microphones, backline, and other event equipment, while songwriters travel with guitars only. We send the full technical rider with the proposal.

  3. Do you travel?

Yes. Nashville-to-anywhere, including international. Travel, ground transport, and the run-of-show rehearsal are baked into the all-in pricing — there is no separate travel line item.

  4. Who is on the roster?

A curated, selective set of award-winning Nashville writers: pen-writers who have placed songs on country radio within the last twelve months. We do not publish the names; the curated proposal names the writers matched to your room. That keeps the curation honest.

  5. What if we reschedule or cancel?

Standard terms. One date move at no cost, up to 30 days out; subsequent changes or moves inside 30 days may incur a re-booking fee to cover the writers and travel we are holding. Cancellation terms apply after the date is held — we walk through the schedule as part of the proposal so there are no surprises.
